I have three devices set up and using the app to select this preset works correct, and using ESPNOW remote it works correctly, but if I ask Alexa to turn on ‘preset scan’ for a set of presets it does not start the scan but the app does and so does the remote. If I change the preset to any “normal” effect/colors preset it works with app, remote, and Alexa, so I know it is working to “call” that preset. I am simply asking Alexa to execute what is on Here is my JSON command.
