Brightness boost for several leds

Hi!
Is there any option to increase brighness level for several leds in 2d segment?
I have round matrix where pixels in outer ring should be brighter than other. Is it possible?

Thanks, but I dont have problems with power - I need to increase brightness by software. One of the ring in matrix is farther than other, so it should be brighter to keep visual brighness in one level.

Put your outer ring in one segment and set the brightness to 100% for this segment. Create another segment for the inner parts and use a lower brightness there. The brightness can be controlled for each segment individually.
