Hi 🙂

I’ve been trying to flash a ESP 32 Board with WLED to controle some WS2812b strip lights but when I try to flash it on the WLED website it never finishes the install. It connects to the COM port fine but then just always says maybe I need to hold the right buttons down or try another cable. I have tried many times with all different button combinations and lots of different cables but it always fails.

Any help or ideas anyone has would be much appreciated! 😃😃😃😃
Thank you! 😊

For me, and my first time flashing, I had to hold the “boot” button the whole time, even after it seems to finish, there is a little bit at the end that it seems to disconnect and reconnect to finish the installation, if I let go of the “boot” button before that, it fails. I have since learned that I can jumper GIOP1 to Ground to do the same thing, and it saves my finger from having to press the tiny button for the whole time.
