I would suggest you drop the TXS0108E as your levelshifter - they have been problematic for many users. A 74AHCTxxx based shifter has proven to be a simple and effective solution (as mentioned above). IMHO, they’re easier to wire up and more reliable. The use of an inline resistor on the data line…

Did you fix the problem. I have the same problem. 2x Fcob 24v connected to 1 board. One is working fine the other will flash the whole strip after a while. and after 2 hours the strip will flicker constantly. Both are connected to separate data pins. with resistors on it.
