# Initial load config (and/or presets)

this should become possible, once we use SPIFFs for storing the config(s). see [https://github.com/Aircoookie/WLED/issues/860](https://github.com/Aircoookie/WLED/issues/860)

in the meantime you may dump a preconfigured devices firmware and clone it to another device. see [Question: How to migrate settings to another wled](https://wled.discourse.group/t/question-how-to-migrate-settings-to-another-wled/484/2)
