Hi
What is the limit of pixels on one output?
I can’t get above 240 pixels

Even in an ESP8266, you should be able to define ~500 without much problem.
You will most likely need multiple power injection leads from the power supply to the strip for 500.
For 240, you should inject power on both ends, and in the middle too if convenient.

Uncheck the automatic brightness limiter in the app. Diguno has 2 outputs. You can control a lot of pixels with it.

My solution was refresh rate. I lowered that input slightly and wled accepted the led count
