You can use regular seed pixels to do a serpentine matrix. The cons of that approach are:
- You must skip a pixel every row and use a ledmap or live with unequal spacing (5cm pitch vertically and 3.6cm horizontally.
- It requires infrastructure to and bottom. This makes it a bit harder to assemble, move and store.
- Unintuitively, it takes longer and is a more difficult build. The reason is all the power injection into the very confined space you’ll need to do.
