Hi everyone, I built a small browser-based editor for my WLED matrix projects and decided to share it. It lets you design pixel art and send it directly to your WLED device — no installation needed. [https://wps.tsp.tools](https://wps.tsp.tools) **Currently** supports upload and download images and multiple wled devices. Also takes care of the different sizes … but it has to be a 2D matrix. **Planned:** gallery (save & load in the browser), update import, text rendering, animations (maybe), and Home Assistant integration (very very far in the future) Feedback and suggestions are welcome. This is now already build into WLED with my pixel forge tool. Oh nice, WLEDPixelPaint looks great 🙌 I think it serves a slightly different use case. Having the editor directly on the WLED device is perfect when you’re working locally with a single controller, for example at an installation or venue. I will definitely use that, when I am with my company at events or venues. My main use case is managing multiple wled matrix displays across my home. I wanted a simple way to upload an image, select one or more displays, and send it directly — without installing additional tools on each device. Both approaches complement each other well depending on the workflow 🙂 ---

thanks, yea a multi-matrix managing tool for on-the fly image display would indeed be useful for some cases. My focus was on easy-to-use and install for typical WLED use cases - which is 1D strip setups for home lighting as well as nice layout both on PC and mobile, fast live-streaming without the use of DDP. ---

Hallo Ingo, theoretisch ist die Matrixgröße nicht begrenzt – solange dein Browser mitspielt 😉 Bei größeren Formaten (wie 64 × 48) bekommst du im Editor einfach Scrollbalken eingeblendet, damit du die gesamte Fläche bearbeiten kannst. Eine 64 × 48 Matrix funktioniert problemlos. Bei größeren Flächen werden im Pixel-Editor automatisch Scrollbalken angezeigt, damit der gesamte Bereich bearbeitet werden kann. LG Inf0 p.s.: gestern gabs die Scollbalken noch nicht 😉 Danke für die Idee! ---

May I ask why all my gif, photos and videos files are not selectable (greyout) in Pixelforege. I used wled native on Samsung phone. ---

Hi wledlover, just to clear up a small mix-up: this thread is about **WLED Pixel Studio**. **PixelForge** is a different tool — it’s the one that now ships built-in with the latest WLED version, so I’m not the right person to help with it here. For your issue (gif/photo/video files greyed out in PixelForge on a Samsung phone), I’d suggest one of these: - search the forum for **PixelForge** and post in that thread, - ask on the WLED Discord, or - open a new thread describing your problem.
