Custom CSS only active on 'home page'?

I’d found the setting pages really hard to read, due to everything being centered. So I thought of creating some custom CSS that would left outline everything, but the Custom CSS option in the the settings, seem to only load in the ‘home page’ of the WLED instance. Is this by design or is there an extra setting I’m missing?

It seems there is also no mention of the Custom CSS feature in the docs.

Custom CSS is only available for UI, not settings.

Errm… still doesn’t explai. What IT is
