Please tell me what the settings are responsible for:
/settings/time
Clock
First LED, Last LED
12h LED
Show 5min marks
Seconds (as trail)

You will find it on the http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx/settings/time
Page. The 1st option allows to choose the 12H clock:
(Uncheck this box)

For the other options like Show 5min marks, it is located directly under the Time setup Section!

They are for using a ring of LEDs to display a clock.
