Add IP Address to the info screen

While trouble shooting a ESP board not showing on my network thought it might be helpfull to show the IP address and the SSID of the connection on the Info screen. Just save clicking into the Config>WiFi Settings menu.

I was connected to the instance with WLED-AP in this particular case

Anyway Thanks in Advance and for all you do

Maybe it was just in a Blaz branch, but you could hover over a node in the nodes list and see IPs. Should be in main. :smiley:
