Hardwired DMX IN with WLED

Hello All,

I’ll start off with saying that I absolutely love WLED and that I am not a computer programmer so bear with me. I am mainly an Entertainment (concerts) and Theatre lighting designer and I have been recently playing with WLED and Art-net for pixel control from a Lighting Console.

My question is, how may I get a hardwired DMX signal into WLED and access either the Art-Net or DMX side of things to have pixel control/FX control without going via WiFi? I am looking at options for larger setups/installations of arena proportions that use a more reliable connection than wireless.

For not much money, check out @Quindor’s excellent DigUno and DigQuad with ethernet connectivity. quinled.info is the web site with loads of information, much of which will not matter too much to your clients. But knowing where to order these boards could be very useful.
