Hi community – at wit’s end here. I had the WLED IOS app working fine (iphone X, ios16.5), but after a shutdown to reconfigure the light strips, I can no longer make it control much. Adding to this is that the interface is now scrambled, not showing all the effects in the list (only A to D, unless I search for a particular effect) and other glitchy behaviours that are numerous and difficult to describe. I did a full app delete and re-install, including deletion of the app store history, but the problem keeps showing up when I open a fresh download. Anyone else run into anything like this?
Use alternate app called WLED Native.
That helped, thanks. App looks normal now. But I’m still having problems controlling light strips (it worked briefly, then erratically, then not at all. Troubleshooting continues.
Post this in the intermet.tech Discord group. IOS is problematic for me as well so my continued frustration was resolved by buying a android tablet
… while all you needed to do was to use a (default) browser - Safari.
