I powered up a couple of my ESP8266 led strings today for the first time since Christmas.
Everything seemed ok until I went to the effects screen. The normal screen had changed and the choice of effects was all over the page and I was unable to select any.
The other ‘pages’ of the UI seem okay.
I updated the ESP’s to the latest version and deleted and re-installed the WLED app on my mobile phone but the problem persists.
Using a separate tablet made no difference but my PC interface works perfectly.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Can you show picture , if you are using iphone then use “wled native” app
If you are talking about the iOS app go to the app store and download WLED Native app.
Yeah that is an issue with iphone which is an iOS device

I have installed the Native app and it seems to work, although I have not fully integrated all my ESP’s as yet.
My understanding was that this app was intended for Android devices. I am in the Apple camp for mobile and tablet.
Hopefully it will be as robust as the old one.

I am having issues with the Wled Native app again. After a while I lose access with the UI greyed out on switch-on.
I have a oldish iphone running 16.7.10.
My tablet and ipad seem okay so it would appear to be a phone issue. Deleting the app and a re-install fixes the issue for a while.
I can live with it but does anybody have any ideas?

I do not know if this is the same issue you have but this phone is much older on 15.8.3
I did not notice the same on 16.7.10 ( but the offline thing does comes and goes even using other apps ) . You could log a case on github for the app here Issues · Moustachauve/WLED-Native-iOS · GitHub or use discord as the owner is there
Or try other apps if all fails , you can try wled+ which is not open source and has more advanced ui ,some think its too complicated
