WLED devices do not reconnect to wi-fi after power reboot

I don’t know what to do, because whenever I disconnect the Wled ESP8266 from the power source I can’t connect to the wifi network.
Detail: I can only succeed when I disconnect pin D4 of the led tape.
The power source is 5V and 2A, and the LED strip has only 45 LEDs.

Try a resistor between D4 and the LED strip (tape). Take a look at the WLED wiki for connection / wiring examples.

Change your LED pin for different one.
