I have flashed WLED on a Shelly RGBW2. Very nice!!!
Is there a posibility in WLED to measure the power by the internal ADC how is it described in Tasmota?

That’s not currently available in WLED.
The amperage draw reported on the Info screen is just a calculation based on the inputted current per LED and the number of LEDs given the display effect and brightness.
It’s possible someone could create a usermod for that, but I haven’t seen any.
