I am trying to build a digital clock using two 8x8 Matrix Displays side by side. It works with scrolling text but I want to display the time without scrolling. I think the problem is that the way the time is mapped by default is to wide for the 8x16 display hence resulting in scrolling. I figured that if the colon between hours and minutes is omitted and instead 2 blank columns wide, it should be possible to display the time if every digit is 3 pixels wide. (see pic)
Is it possible to achieve this? Thanks!
No, unless yo change the code in FX.cpp
