You using the latest v0.13.x release firmware? If not, try installing that first. It might save you time.

Wait, you’re running an official release!?! I thought everyone was running the 0.13 beta. 
I was checking by app the actual release, and didn’t know about the new ones. .013 has lot of new features, I’m testing it. Wonderful, thanks!
An option to Enable/Disable auto brightness can help to overcome this. Using that user can decide to Enable auto brightness using sensor or to override it. It will be more useful than by adjusting time since time can not decide the room ambience light !
a good compromise will be let the user decide on settings which control is valid fro brightness, analog input or web slider. I hope the idea can be considered, thank you!
You can disable/enable the input.
