When flashing through the “install WLED” website, it doesn’t download through the ESPhome-flasher and flash download tool programs, but after a reboot, the new WLED-AP access point doesn’t appear.
use https://wled-install.github.io/
dont use external installers unless you know what you are doing.
Personally that didn’t work for me on esp-32s2/s3.
I found a script on github that works for eap32s2, as for esp32-s3 the only solution that worked for me was to install tasmota/energy and then “upgrade” to Wled
