Can't power the lights by the Micro USB

I have 2 ESP 32 connected to 300 lights. 1 ESP powers on the light and everything works well. However the other ESP with same connections and usb power source doesn’t turn on the lights. It has the same connections and shows on the application. I don’t have a power source other than the USB. Please Help ??

300 nodes per ESP USB power is quire mutch as the onboard is only below 500mA

so did you check the Config pinout and also most relevant the PIN Connected to the light
is there a levelshifter involved as the ESP32 only has a 3,3V and so only 1feet of distancce to the first led

is the Preset enabled

is there a Segment and a preset

is the GND Connected propper to the ESP it has more then one GND
