Creating a smooth fade in and fade out effect

I am needing a smooth fade in for 20 seconds, hold for 5 and then a smooth fade out for 20 seconds (and then a continuos loop). I am new to WLED - so a bit clueless here. Hoping someone has some ideas - do I need custom/adjust with the correct api for the presets for this or is there a simple solution I am missing?
