Effect flags explained

Hi Guys,
Can someone explain me what those 3 dots, 1 dot, pallete icon means in Effects menu?
I understand one note means volume effects, full note means audioreactive effect. But what means one dot and why pallete is there? If I select palette checkbox it jumps to search menu but acutally I can select pallete from “Colors” tab.

This is not explaied anywhere in documentation, only Flags.

the icons mean
palette: FX uses palette for color
3 dots: 1D string supported
1 dot: single pixel supported
matrix: 2D supported
single tone: volume effect supported (AR)
double-tone: frequency effect supported (AR)
