If you are asking about the TXS0108E, I would avoid using that as it’s performance is not that great. You would be much better off with the 74AHCTxxx based ones. If your concern is that it is not on a circuit board there is this option: Level Shifters - SN74AHCT125 (Pack of 4) – RGB 2 Go
