MIT license allows it.
But please be prudent and advertise your product uses WLED.

if the project catches on, the wled logo will be big on the box but i just want to know if we can use it without any lawsuits
No-one is going to stop you, but “if the project catches on” is a wrong approach. Instead, use WLED logo to your advantage.
Im sorry for the misunderstanding , what i meant to say is that if the product actually gets into production and reaches the market .
