Uncheck turn leds on after power up/reset
Or make a boot preset that is black and add it here
Or use the Autosave usermod for last state .

When the power goes out and comes back, my devices lose their old IPs, and each device gets a different IP address, not keeping the old ones.
You would have to reserve a static ip address in your wifi router.
Thank you, it worked. However, another issue has arisen. After turning off the lights, when I turn off the first LED on my ESP8266 board, after a while, only the first 3-4 LEDs are turning on, just like in the picture. What should I do?
