Matrix setup with uneven row LED count

I have created a 15 x Incrementing LED count ceiling Matrix and while the WLED patterns look amazing I’ve always wanted to use the Matrix patterns but I’ve not be able to get a custom matrix to work.

The ceiling consists of 15 rows with an increasing number of LED’s per row to match the room:

Run 1: 0 - 107 (107 LEDS)
Run 2: 108 - 219 (111 LEDS)
Run 3: 220 - 335 (115 LEDS)
Run 4: 336 - 455 (119 LEDS)
Run 5: 456 - 579 (123 LEDS)
Run 6: 580 - 707 (127 LEDS)
Strip 7: 708 - 840 (132 LEDS)
Strip 8: 841 - 978 (137 LEDS)
Strip 9: 979 - 1121 (142 LEDS)
Strip 10: 1122 - 1268 (146 LEDS)
Strip 11: 1269 - 1419 (150 LEDS)
Strip 12: 1420 - 1575 (155 LEDS)
Strip 13: 1576 - 1735 (159 LEDS)
Strip 14: 1736 - 1900 (164 LEDS)
Strip 15: 1901 - 2069 (168 LEDS)

Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can set these up as a Matrix?

Thanks

Create matrix with maximum number of LEDs in a row then use ledgaps or ledmap.
