Hello to everyone, my first posting on this forum.
I currently have 11 props running wled for my house light show. These are a mixture of Nodemcu and wemos d1 minis all on the same version of Wled.
One controller is ‘master’ and is sync’d to the remainder, running a playlist of different effects.
I have recently downloaded version 14 onto a ESP32 but have not been able to fully test it on a full LED string as I don’t have any to hand. I am keen to try the 2D text effect when I can make up a matrix.
Does anyone know how the Esp will respond to being controlled by the master?
Not all the effects are common to all versions. I suppose one answer will be to update all the other controllers to the latest spec which I will do in time but I hope to integrate it before then.
I also run the props through Xlights and have had some good success with little problems.
Any thoughts would be welcome .
