Hi everyone, first post but have been researching a lot and building my own controllers. Hypothetical question here.
Say I have two small Sk6812, 50 LEDs each which I’m powering from a board connected to a power supply. Using separate data pins, do I need a capacitor for each or can I get away with a single one on the board? Say my wires are short so both strips are close to the board’s power outputs so cap is near both strips. Do I need two caps or is one enough? Cheers!
One is good.
A good example board that shows that is the QuinLED-Dig-Quad.
Thank you, that’s what I assumed after looking at Quinled uno and others prior to asking, thought I’d confirm here. Very nice.
