Playlist or preset activates when no input for sound reaction

I would like the ability to select a Playlist or preset to start when sound reactive effect has no sound coming in. Overriding the sound reactive effecr.

Then when sound comes in again, a selected play list or preset will over ride the activate effect.

Is it possible?

Action based on audio is not there, there was an attempt with a user mod called smack that (clapper) but its dead . It is double though if you would code it . WLED/usermods/smack_that at Smack_That_Usermod ยท ChuckMash/WLED (github.com)
