Hi I’m new to wled so i may have got this wrong. I’ve got 2 esp32 in the kitchen. I want to sync the floor strips to the same. I then want to sync the under counter lights.
I created dummy segments thinking that would help. I couldnt work out what the broadcast groups 1 to 8 linked to segments. The master is .81. The reciever .80 has send removed and recieve only.
I’m probably just stupid and have it wrong. Can you help please
did you neable “Send notifications on direct change” ?
Hi yes. It does sync but not how i want. The under counter seem to have an effect like the floor (clealy picked up from sync).
All segments are on different gpio and are set up in the led section. I can send more screen shots if that helps
Sounds like you mixed sync and DDP.
So DDP/network? That’s fine, but then you do NOT want to also use sync. The main controller sill simply send live data to the others that do nothing but output that.
