Relay GPIO 15

I’m trying to configure my ESP-32 Dig-Quad to have a relay turn off the main power supply. All the documentation I’ve seen says it should be GPIO 15 for this function (Q1R), however 15 says it is already in use. I just upgraded to the newest firmware, still the same. Any ideas on what is going on?
