After powering up, startup preset seems to pause for a second or two. It’s happening on both ESP32 and WLED 0.14.1, and ESP8266 and WLED 0.13. Here’s a video, running Rainbow preset: Watch VID_20240402_141111053 | Streamable

Not aware of a way other than to disable WiFi completely (disable AP, give no SSID), then the hiccup disappears. Obviously that means you have no more access and direct connection is needed to change anything, but if that’s a static install and the lack of hiccup is more important it’s a solution.
With a controller that has wired ethernet if I disable wifi the way mentioned above and connect wired the hiccup is gone but it’s still accessible obviously.
Leave the controller powered and only kill the power to the LEDs.
