Using esp32 for brake light controler on rgbw led strips

hello all i have some 8mm rigid UCS2904 RGBW led strips im using in a project truck. i currently have a module for my tailight,brake light, turn signals and reverse lights. However i have some leftover strips and id like to make an addressable third brake light. id like to be able to have 2 inputs one the the brake light and one to use as the cargo light. I was hoping using the esp would be a doable thing instead of spending a bunch of money on another module. im really new to “coding” so any advice would be appreciated
