WLED goes offline every few days and it crashes

I have WLED install on a ESP8266 NodeMCU and every few days the app is reporting my WLED as being offline. The only way to resolve the issue is to switch off my ESP device via the plug switch, leave it for a minute and then switch back on. WLED then comes back online and its then o.k. until a few days later until the same problem occurs. It’s as if the ESP is crashing? I am running the ESP board with 140 LED’s but I am using a 10 amp power supply so amps aren’t the problem. Plenty of juice going to the ESP board to.

I’m having this exact same issue, but with a pre-flashed Athom LS-4P. What’s weird is with mine (sometimes?) I can power the lights on, but it says ‘offline’ and I can’t enter the controller settings.

And I’m stumped why I can’t reset the controller with the reset button, I have to pull out my fridge to unplug and plug back in :confused:
