WLED setup worked on next day leds not working at all

Hey community,

I setup my wled controller and strip for the first time yesterday it worked fine, I went to bed powered all off, started in on next day, now all the lights are off all the time. I can connect to the controller successfully but leds are all off. I tried to reset everything not working, I installed all updates, not working. I hope someone had the same situation already?

Hardware I am using:

• Controller: ESP32 WLED Digital LED Controller with Mic / UART (GLEDOPTO) GL-C-010WL-D
• LEDs: ICEVER WS2812B 5050 RGB White 300D DC5V
• Power supply: Weishuo Power Supply AC100-240V to 5V 10A 50W

Gledopto GL-C-618WL output issue

Hey I have a pretty simple setup PSU → Controller→ LED PSU: mean well lrs-100-5 Controller: Gledopto GL-C-618WL Led: SK6812 (4.15m - 249 leds, 60 leds/m) I used this controller for the power output, it should have been enough but I can’t make it to work. I’ve attached an image in it you can see the setup with a test led strip (SK6812 - 1m, 60 leds) Also I’ve connected to the WLED AP from the controller, configured the leds correctly (sk6812, 60leds, gpio 16). I get no power and I am wond…

maybe that is just bad hardware? gled are not known for great quality. could also just be relay pi configuration

So you think the controller broke? I have a second one to test with it. What do you mean with relay pi config?

there was an “n” lost. relay pin can be configured in settings, if the controller has a “relay” to enable the outputs, it needs to be configured or outputs will not be powered.
