I have a bunch of these that I got cheap a few years ago and was wondering if anyone can tell what these are and if they can be controlled with WLED.

At first blush I would be hopeful…
The videos seem to show each node is independently able to generate unique colors - that’s a good sign.
As far as the interface, I would guess an AP102 or variant requiring both clock and data signals. The inter wiring appears a little funky, like everything (or at least some strips) being connected to a common data bus rather than a serial string. Might mean some or all of the nodes have hard coded addresses.
