Can't control WS2814 Strips with DIG QUAD

Hello, I’m having trouble getting my WS2814 strips to work with WLED and a DIG QUAD controller.

When I select SK6812 the strips are totally uncontrollable, not even power on/power off.

When I select WS281x the lights are controllable, but each pixel segment is a different color and I can’t get past this. I can’t get just “one” solid color on all pixels.

I’ve swapped W&G and set it to GRB as instructed and that makes no difference.

Once I set WLED to SK6812 even changing back to WS281x won’t allow the strip to be controlled, so I have to do a facotry reset and set everything back to WS281x to have any control whatsoever.

I don’t know what else to try. I’ve tried multiple strips so it’s not my hardware.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I’m using the latest firmware released for the DIG QUAD and it’s version 14 I believe.

Sounds like something else might be going on, can you post a photo of how you’ve hooked everything up?

Thank you for the response. Just figured it out. I had the wrong GPIO pin set for the data port I actually plugged the strip into. Thanks though!
