Dig quad channels 4 and 16 not working with WLED13 or WLED14

first of all thank you for any and all help. i can not get the multi channels on any of my dig quads to work with the latest WLED versions 13 or 14. channels 1 and 3 work perfect but 4 and 16 no data coming out. can anyone help. thanks so much
