ESP8266 and WLED not saving settings after disconnecting

i think we have one , someone will bring it in a few , did you by any chance test in Tasmota and facing the same issue or that is only wled related

I’ve tried Arduino IDE and WLED, I’ll give tamsota a try.

Units 1 and 2 of the new batch immediately burn out. Plugged into 5v ws2811 and 5v wall plug.

I have found two similar to those but I think they are dead
