Gledopto and 10 sets of three led strips

Hello guys, I need some help figuring out an issue with a project I recently did.

i will keep it short. I made 10 pillar lamps, I have cut out 10 chunks of 3leds out of a WS2812 strip.

I soldered wires at the bottom and at the top, tested them all individually with a gledopto controller, they all work as desired.

glued them in to the aluminum laps I made, installed them on the wlls, installed a 120 W power supply, everything workd up to the 8th set, 9 and 10 do not work. Tried everything.

Checked the cable integrity, checked the two sets individually again on the bench, played with setttings in Gledopto swapped the two around… I have 13V at each of the two spots, the continuity of the data conductor is good.

Any ideas help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

WS2812 is 5V for starts.

Sorry, mi bad, theyvare 2811 strips.

Solid advice in this thread. For anyone just getting started, I would recommend reading through the whole discussion before jumping in.

Just tested this on my setup and can confirm it works. One thing I noticed is that the response time improves significantly after the initial configuration.
