From that description, I don’t think you have the correct info to calculate the WLED count.
I would hook it up and configure WLED for 20 LEDs and yYou’ll see how much of your strip lights up. You can then easily try lighting 1 LED at a time and see the actual numbers to use.
Alternatively, you could ask the mfg. for more info.
Not surprising, these quotes are often less than helpful.
From the numbers you’ve given, I’d guess they’re saying something like 14 LED’s/m.
So WLED would see, 1m as 14 addressable LEDs.
That gives you slightly higher density than “standard Xmas lights” (usually 10/m), but in wider bands (FCOB LEDs) that merge nicely when set for one continuous colour.
