LEDs not responding on my Athom controller?

I recently ordered this Athom controller to control 3 Thermaltake Pure 12 on my computer (argb pins on my MB snapped off :cry:) but when I plug in the argb end to my controller, it only lights up like this, not even caring if the controller has the lights on or off

I opened up the controller itself and the circuit board looks right, so I’m not sure if I’m missing something with the settings or it just doesn’t accept the fans

What are your settings and LED type?

Currently, the Automatic brightness limiter is on with the max current set to 850 mA, the voltage is set to 5V default, the LED’s are currently set to WS281x, color order RGB. Start 0 and a length of 27, GPIO1, skipping no LEDs and Off Refresh is on, it is not making a segment for each output, is not using custom bus start indices, and is using the global LED buffer. it is set to turn on the leds after power up/reset, with default brightness set to 255, applying preset 0 and using gamma correction for color, gamma value 2.6. crossfade is enabled with a transition time for 700ms, palette transitions not enabled
