Hey crew. I had a company install outdoor lighting along the front and sides of the house with an Athom controller.
I went through configuration backup and preset backup.
The system worked until I reset the controller and now I can’t get it to work correctly.
I can connect it to the network, but it doesn’t respond to the app.
Looking for an Athom expert to walk me through setup step-by-step while I document and recreate the setup, and upload presets.
Prefer someone local (DFW-North Texas), but willing to attempt remote.
Alternatively, willing to consider alternative controller if someone can propose one…
I have never used one, but in LED Preferences make sure the pins are set correctly. It looks like they should be: Button（GPIO0）、Relay（GPIO12）、LED（GPIO1）according to a listing for the controller @ aliexpress.
If that stuff was not hard coded into the firmware it 100% would reset those things. By default WLED firmware does not have those settings. All depends on if they flashed a custom build or not. It only takes 30sec to look at the LED Preferences config page to see what things are set…
