Hi,
I built a border in which I installed a WS2812 stripe with 186 LEDs. All 4 edges are each a segment.
If I now start an effect, then this effect is played simultaneously on all 4 segments.
Is it possible to play this effect as 1 effect on all segments?

Create a preset and make sure you check the box Save Segment Bounds. (this will be your preset that has your segments)
Next: Delete your segments and have all the LEDs on 1 segment. Set your desired effect and save it as a preset. The check box for saving segment bounds should not matter this time as you only have the one segment.
Now you can click on your first preset to populate your segments, or the second preset to switch back to only 1 segment and all the parts acting as 1 long string.
If you want to create more segmented presets or run segmented effects, start with your first preset.
If you want to create more presets or run as one long string, start from your second preset.
