After the OTA update my wemos don’t start Wled, not even lit the blue light on the wemos board. What’s the problem? What’s the big thing about githab? In the file WLED_0.11.0’ESP8266.bin by default the output on the led d4?

That unfortunately sound like a bad flash/update. You might need to reflash the binary via USB.
What is the version you had previously?
D4 is indeed the correct LED pin for that binary, so that is not the issue 
Thank you. Update the second time through a computer bin file. I had to adjust my presets again. The problem is another now - the button has stopped working (in the settings this feature is enabled) , there are no macros on the button that would flip the presets! After the restart, the IR is reset. And lastly, often a connection error appears on a red background. The previous version was much more stable!
