QuinLED-Dig-QUAD - DS18B20 - WLED compatibility?

I am building a housing that will have a QuinLED-Dig-Quad and 300w power supply which will be controlled by WLED. I know the DS18B20 is designed to work on the QuinLED-Dig-Quad however I can not find any information on how this might be implemented with the WLED. I have allowed good ventilation in the housing however I would like to be able to keep an eye on the housing internal temperature.

Ideally what I am looking to do is have WLED report the current temperature of the QuinLED-Dig-Quad fitted with a DS18B20 temp sensor. Is this possible?

Temperature usermod is a non-standard feature of WLED. requires custom compilation (or independently provided binary image)
