So im using digi quad v3 … every effect is flickering like the fireworks blowing up all over it…is there a way to stop this…i just installed the digi quad… ive been using esp 32 by itself no issue were had on that… any ideas?
The issue on the Digi Quad is the Capaziter only 10uF while 220uF is the minimum to get stable
also use the 2xGND Pins on the Board to be connected with the PSU
Pull the Esp off and try flipping the dip switch(s) below it from 249Ω to 33Ω and see if it fixes the problem.
@rainman02 how many leds are on a gpio what power is used and what linelength do you got in the system
i like to power from both sides when i connect GND to both sides sometimes the middle 2 leds go grazy
Its like 450 with constant power all the way around every section has power wired straight to it… i have 12 amps with maybe 2 amps being used… its not like there flickering off its like a sparkle effect… random intervals its every effect not just a single light… i havent had a problem till i installed the digi quad… im not home right now but ill work on it tonight…gonna try and adjust the ohms like he said… they are 5 watt lights ws2811
I have 4 switchs under the esp they are not roll switches …i reset the software on the esp… if you have an email or wanna hit me up on discord i can send a video… this isnt making sense to me… and sorry about the delay…life happened lol

Whatever port you want to switch from 249 to 33, you use something small to push the lil switch the other direction
