RGBWW Control - ESP32 WLED

I have just connected a ESP32 WLED PWM Led Controller. I will be integrating it into an Nice (Elan) home system. I hooked up a RGBWW strip light to test out the operation of the controller and the app. I have it working but something is puzzling me. When I try to go to the white only, it shows the white channel at 17.8v, blue at .4v, green at 2.5v and red at 6.8v. Now I am using a RGBWW which is the 4 Led’s on a chip where the white channel is already 2700k, how can I get the controller to only power the white channel on full bright and not add in any other colors. Other apps will allow you to see the actual % of each color that is being used to make the current color, can the WLED do that? Then some allow you to input the % of colors to create a custom color, maybe your team’s color. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
