My oldest son saw the Tested video on building this and wanted to tackle it. We made ours 10" [254 mm] tall and used 5mm-wide WS2812B strips (192 LEDs).

We had a bit of an incident where we lost a pad on a strip so I had to look up the pinout to solder directly to the chip.

This was shot just before we finished the final trim.

what an amazing artistic application. I’ve seen similar projects but that’s a step above. Tip of the hat to you.
