Hi,
I’m new here and hope you can help me? I have two LED strips on two ESP32 with installed WLED 15.0. These two LED strips are arranged as a T. A rocket should rise on the vertical LED strip and explode in colors on the horizontal one. On the vertical strip the rocket should rise and on the horizontal strip the rocket should explode in color and then change to a bright white.
The best way to describe the effect is with the “Fireworks 1D” effect. The first part of “Fireworks 1D” shows the ascending rocket. This part should be displayed on the vertical LED strip. The subsequent colorful explosion on the horizontal strip above. …and then I would like the horizontal strip to glow bright white afterwards.
Of course, I can’t use a prefabricated effect for this. I have to set up several effects correctly, and maybe I even need an overlay. These effects then have to be placed on a playlist and then I also need the right timing for the two ESPs.
Not an easy task. I have no idea how to go about it and am hoping for your help.
Oh, and to make it even more difficult: The horizontal LED strip is not centered on the vertical one. The horizontal strip has 207 SK6812 LEDs and the center is at 150. By the way, the vertical strip has 212 SK6812s and between the end of the vertical strip and reaching the horizontal strip is about 1 meter and here you could also build in a small delay for the ascending rocket before it reaches the second LED strip.
I hope I can find someone who will take on this challenge. Otherwise I’m probably lost.
Thank you very much for your support.
Timo
